How it all Started

Born and raised in the reliable work ethic of the American midwest, my passion for prints and design started young.

Swooning over wallpaper, I was obsessed with finding the repeat in every pattern I saw. I grew up in the fabulously bright 80’s, living in a house that was decorated in the 70’s, with a ingering hint of 60’s subdued sophistication.

Take some mustard, olive, and red orange, mix it with a dose of fluorescent and classic rainbow and you will have found me there, smiling and swallowing up the exposure to my earliest color palette inspirations,

After a college education and a thrilling five years in the film industry, I finally turned my hand towards the passion that had always been calling my name, repetitive pattern design.

With a Photoshop and Illustrator book in hand, I trained myself in going from brush to file to printed execution.

After graceful experiences in Chicago, Los Angeles, and more than a decade in NYC, Europe was calling my name.

With over 15 years of professional design experience behind me, I landed in Paris back in 2011 with a burning intuition to just live and design.

In 2020, I was thrilled to add Professor to my list of ongoing experiences.

So here I am, nestled in the street art filled neighborhood of Menilmontant. Now, a citizen of this great country, and resting confident with an intermediate command of the French language.

I remain at your service to collaborate, think, and create.

Locally and globally.
